These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop www.studioseidelshop.de between us and consumers.

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order.
The contract is concluded only upon explicit confirmation or delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT and shipping within Europe.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the specified address.
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 working days, as each artwork is individually produced.
In case of delays, you will be informed.

7. Retention of title

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt.
Report defects or transport damages within 7 days to info@studioseidel.de.
