Simply send us a short email and return the work in its original packaging at your own expense, the amount will be refunded as soon as we receive the product.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective Fine Art Print, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@studioseidel.de.

and send us the pictures as proof.

 

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Photographs, Fine Art Prints, mounts, and frames are delicate works of art.

To avoid scratches or fingerprints:

• Handle only with clean hands or gloves.                                                                                          

• Do not hang directly above radiators or in damp rooms.                                                                  

• Protect from direct sunlight.
